You complete your first manuscript with our team reviewing every stage. We brief a professional cover designer using competitive analysis from your niche. Book 1 launches on Amazon KDP with a full launch plan: keywords, categories, pricing strategy, and promotional tactics. Most clients see first sales within the first few weeks. Book 2 creation begins immediately.
Months 3–4
Building Momentum
Book 2 is published using the same proven process. By now, the system feels familiar. You're faster. You're more confident. Your first book is generating data — we review its performance together and adjust strategy if needed. Book 3 creation begins. You're starting to see how a portfolio works: each new title strengthens the others.
Months 5–6
Portfolio Complete
Book 3 is published. You now have a three-book portfolio live on Amazon KDP, built with professional covers, optimized keywords, and real launch strategy behind each one. We conduct a final portfolio review and build a growth strategy together — whether that means continuing independently or upgrading to Accelerator.

The transition is seamless — your existing portfolio strategy carries over and we pick up right where you left off.
